The story behind Alignment Carpentry LLC

Alignment Carpentry was built on a simple belief: Cape Cod homeowners deserve a contractor who shows up, does the work right, and doesn't disappear after the deposit clears. That belief comes from years of watching the opposite happen — homeowners left holding the bag by crews who overpromised, underdelivered, and moved on to the next job.

Owner Oshane Frazer started Alignment Carpentry LLC because he saw a gap in the Cape Cod market. There's no shortage of contractors here, but finding one who answers the phone, gives you a straight number, and actually finishes what they start? That's harder than it should be. Oshane built this company to be the exception.

Based out of Hyannis, Massachusetts, we work across the full Cape — Barnstable, Falmouth, Sandwich, Dennis, Harwich, Orleans, and Wareham. We specialize in the projects that matter most to homeowners: kitchens, bathrooms, decks, ADU builds, home additions, and custom carpentry. These aren't side jobs for us. They're all we do, and we've gotten very good at doing them.

Why "Alignment"? Because good construction starts before the first nail goes in. It starts with alignment — between what you want, what the budget allows, what the permit requires, and what the build actually demands. Most problems on a job site trace back to a conversation that never happened. We have that conversation first, every time.
